PRESENT: Chair Rick Sapp, Boardmembers: Peter Agabi, Jim Tuggle, Angela
Jefferson, Bob Drewett

CALL TO ORDER – Chair Sapp called the meeting to order and Clerk Sutherland called roll.
ROLL CALL
AGENDA: No Changes
Boardmember Tuggle moved, Boardmember Drewett seconded to approve
APPROVAL OF the minutes of October 12, 2023 as submitted. Motion carried
MINUTES: unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENT No Public Comment
Claim #1: Family presented background/update on claim request from
DISCUSSION: October. Discussion held, Boardmember Tuggle moved, Boardmember
Drewett seconded, motion to approve claim carried.
Claim #2: Submission reviewed, discussion held Boardmember Tuggle
moved, Boardmember Drewett seconded, motion to approve claim carried
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be held on January 11, 2024.
ADJOURNMENT: With there being no further business, Chair Sapp called for adjournment;
Boardmember Tuggle moved, Boardmember Drewett seconded, motion to
adjourn the meeting at 11:19 a.m.
