9-24 Public Safety Committee

City of Tybee Island Public Safety Committee Draft Minutes 9-24-20 In Attendance: Alice Jonsson, Joel Fobes, Shawn Gillen, Matt Harrell, Robert Bryson, Pete Gulbronson, George Shaw, John Branigin, Walter Hattrich, Barry Brown, Monty Parks Meeting called to order at 2:05. Pete Gulbronson made a motion to approve the draft minutes from July 23 rd, 2020. George Shaw seconded. Motion approved. The Noise Ordinance will be brought to the first City Council meeting of October. Walter Hattrich will meet with Bubba to discuss camper parking issues. He will report back at the next meeting. Alice Jonsson will schedule a meeting with Walter Hattrich, Bubba Hughes, Shawn Gillen, and Major Fobes and/or Bob Bryson. A discussion of making Izlar and TS Chu public streets will be brought to the City Council for the second October meeting. Zones on the beach will be brought for discussion to the second City Council meeting in Oct. John Branigin made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:15. Alice Jonsson seconded. Motion passed.
