Debra Larson of Urbana Pops Orchestra will present the 2019 Urbana Arts Grant, 2019 Urbana Pops Orchestra c. COVID-19 Impact on Urbana's Arts and Culture Program Arts and Culture Coordinator Rachel Storm will facilitate a discussion of the impact of COVID-19 on general operations of the Urbana Arts and Culture Program and the local arts and culture community. 6. New Business 7. Adjournment *Due to the Governor’s shelter in place order, the Urbana City Council Chambers will be not be open to the public during this meeting.
