CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE OCTOBER 10, 2013 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by William “Mac” McGilvray at 3:35 p.m. 2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Elizabeth Doyle, Scott Manley. Also present: Mike Bare, Alderperson; Brad Stiner, Alderperson; Bill Burns, City Administrator; Cindy Engelke, Finance Director; Adam Sayre, Director of Planning and Development; Brian Flannery, Building Inspector; Diane Lanaville, Senior Center Director; Casey Dudley, Recreation Director; Dave Walker, Parks Director; Brian Myrland, Fitch-Rona EMS Director; Ron Rieder, Director of Public Works 3. Discussion and Possible Action re: 2014 City Budget Planning Budget – Adam Sayre presented the requested Planning budget. Building Inspection Budget – Brian Flannery presented the requested Building Inspection Budget. Senior Center Budget – Diane Lanaville presented the requested Senior Center budget. Recreation Budget – Casey Dudley presented the requested Recreation budget. Parks and Urban Forestry Budgets – Dave Walker presented the requested Parks and Urban Forestry budgets. EMS Budget – Brian Myrland presented the requested Fitch-Rona EMS budget. Public Works and Utility Budgets – Ron Rieder presented the requested Public Works, Refuse and Recycling, Water, Sewer, and Storm Water Utility budgets. 4.
