Approval of the minutes of the August 10, 2022, Police and Fire Commission Meeting. 4. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to WI State Statute 19.85 (1) (c), (e), and (f) for the following purposes: a. Considering and discussing the selection of specific candidates for Police Chief for Commission interviews. b. Discussing strategic considerations related to the Commission’s hiring and selection process involving the Police Chief, which, if disclosed, would undermine the competitive nature of the process. 5. Return to open session for discussion and possible action regarding the closed session agenda items. 6. Discuss and take action regarding the selection of Police Chief candidates for Commission interviews. 7. Discuss and take action regarding the selection process to use for purposes of identifying and selecting the City of Verona’s next Chief of Police. 8. Adjournment.
