1. Call to Order by Louis Eifert at 5:02 pm.
2. Roll Call: Louis Eifert, Melissa Helgesen & Cole Leystra.
Also present: Verona Police Chief David Dresser
3. Approval of Minutes: Moved by Eifert, seconded by Helgesen to approve the March 27, 2023, minutes
of the Verona Police and Fire Commission.
Motion Carried: 3-0.
4. Discussion on recertifying Lt. Jesse Christensen (retired) to be eligible for part-time employment with
the police department.
Moved by Eifert, seconded by Helgesen to certify Jesse Christensen to work in a part-time capacity.
Motion Carried: 3-0.
5. Adjournment: Moved by Eifert, seconded by Helgesen to adjourn at 5:04 p.m.
Motion Carried: 3-0.
