Upon receiving more information on cost and timing from the Director of Public Works the Committee will revisit the item as necessary. 7. Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Liquor License Premise Amendment for Tuvalu Coffeehouse and Gallery located at 300 S Main St. to include the request to serve alcohol on the front porch (Michelle Kubly, Agent). The Committee discussed the requested amendment with concerns relating to the main entrance to the establishment being shared with the requested premise (the porch). Additionally, the premise is not an enclosed space which has been required by many licensed establishments in the City of Verona. The Committee gave the applicant an opportunity to revise the amendment by enclosing the porch and using the other door to the establishment as the main entrance but did not grant approval of the requested Liquor License Premise Amendment. 8. Motion by Touchett, seconded by Charles to adjourn the meeting at 6:02 p.m. Motion carried 3/0. Kami Lynch, City Clerk 2012-5-14 PS&W
