Approval of minutes from the June 3, 2013 Plan Commission Meeting. 4. Public Hearing – General Development Plan and Zoning Map Amendment to allow for the construction of a hotel located at 613 West Verona Avenue: a. Discussion & Possible Action –General Development Plan (GDP) review for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the construction of a hotel located at 613 W. Verona Avenue. b. Discussion & Possible Action –Zoning Map Amendment review at 613 W. Verona Avenue to rezone the property from the current “Rural Agricultural” zoning to the proposed “Urban Commercial” zoning district. c. Discussion –Certified survey map to create one (1) lot located at 613 W. Verona Avenue. 5. Discussion – Update from Epic Systems Corporation on the design and construction of a landscaping berm. 6. Discussion – Planned development concept plan for a proposed mixed-use development located at 142 Paoli Street. 7.
