Roll Call: Heather Reekie and Katie Kohl were present. Also present: Police Chief Bernie Coughlin, Interim Administrator Adam Sayre and City Clerk Ellen Clark. Evan Touchett arrived at 5:49 p.m. 3. Discussion and Possible Action Re: End User License Agreement with Zuercher Technologies LLC and Community Data Platform Membership Agreement with TriTech. These agreements relate to the City’s Multi-Jurisdictional Public Safety Informational System (MPSIS) and the records management system. Chief Coughlin explained that the request is for the replacement of our police records management system. The City joined the multi-jurisdictional system in 2009. The system works quite well. The new incident-based reporting system is a bit different than the incident-based reporting system we are currently using. These agreements are a partnership with Fitchburg and other municipalities. Half of the City’s total cost of $61,415 ($30,708), was approved in the 2019 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), and the Chief anticipates the other half being approved in the 2020 CIP. The City Attorney has reviewed the agreements and has no significant concerns. Staff recommends to the Common Council to approve the agreements subject to final review and approval by the City Attorney and Chief of Police. Motion by Reekie, seconded by Kohl, to recommend to the Common Council to approve the End User License Agreement with Zuercher Technologies LLC and Community Data Platform Membership Agreement with TriTech subject to final review and approval by the City Attorney and Chief of Police. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Adjournment: Motion by Kohl, seconded by Touchett, to adjourn at 5:58 p.m. Motion carried 3-0. Ellen Clark, City Clerk
