CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2014 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Evan Touchett at 5:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, William McGilvray, Luke Diaz, arrived at 5:35 p.m. Also present: Bill Burns, City Administrator, Bob Gundlach, City Engineer, Ron Rieder, Director of Public Works. 3. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by McGilvray, to approve the minutes of the August 25, 2014 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 2-0. 4. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by McGilvray to approve the agreement for the final design of the County Highway M from Prairie Hill Road to Cross Country Road in the amount of $191,000.00. Motion carried 3-0. 5. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Touchett to approve Resolution No. R-14-042 authorizing the initiation of the transfer of regulatory authority and responsibility over Nine Mound Road from the Town of Verona to the City of Verona.
