PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE
MONDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2014
1. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Evan Touchett at 5:30 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, William McGilvray, Luke Diaz arrived 5:35 p.m. Also
present: Bill Burns, City Administrator; Bob Gundlach, City Engineer; Ron Rieder,
Director of Public Works; Brad Stiner, District 3 Alderperson.
3. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by McGilvray, to approve the minutes of the September
22, 2014 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 3-0.
4. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to recommend to the Common Council to
deny the claims as presented based on recommendation from the City Insurance and
Attorney. Motion carried 3-0.
5. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to approve Change Order 3 in the amount of
$46,966.16. Motion carried 3-0.
6. MOVED by Diaz, seconded by McGilvray, to adjourn. Motion carried 3-0. Time: 5:55 p.
m.
