CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2014 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Evan Touchett at 5:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, Luke Diaz. Also present: Bill Burns, City Administrator; Bob Gundlach, City Engineer; Ron Rieder, Director of Public Works; Matt Krippner, AECOM. Mac McGilvray excused. 3. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to approve the minutes of the October 13, 2014 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 2-0. 4. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to recommend approval of the Professional Services Agreement for the Lincoln Street Reconstruction Project in the amount not to exceed $17,550.00. Motion carried 2-0. 5. MOVED by Diaz, seconded by Touchett, to recommend approval of the Professional Services Agreement Amendment No.1 to the Locust Drive Bridge Widening in the amount not to exceed $14,844.00.
