Public Works, Sewer and Water

CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, JULY 11, 2016 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Touchett at 5:32pm. 2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, Luke Diaz. Excused: Mac McGilvray. Also present: Theran Jacobson, Director of Public Works; Jeff Montpas, AECOM; Jackson Danbeck, Verona Press; Carla Fisher, AECOM. 3. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to approve the minutes of the June 27, 2016 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 2-0. Jim Ferolie, Verona Press entered at 5:40pm. 4. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to recommend approval of Professional Services Agreement with AECOM for surveying, engineering, and design services to implement projects from AECOM Pedestrian and Bike Study in amount of $95,350.00. Projects included are number 2, 3, and 4. A preliminary engineering analysis for project number 10 (segments 4 and 5) will be evaluated. Motion carried 2-0. Touchett request a presentation be given to Common Council on July 25, 2016. Carla Fischer, AECOM entered at 5:45pm. 5. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to recommend approval of Construction Related Services Agreement with AECOM for inspection services related to the construction of Cathedral Point Phase 6 contingent on Developers Agreement being approved.
