MONDAY, June 26, 2017
1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Touchett at 5:02pm.
2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, Mac McGilvray, Luke Diaz. Also present: Theran Jacobson,
Director of Public Works; Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator; Jeff Montpas, AECOM.
3. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to approve the minutes of the June 26, 2017
meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 3-0.
4. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to recommend approval of Agreement for the
Jurisdictional Transfer of CTH M (N. Main Street) in the City of Verona. Motion carried 3-0.
5. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to recommend approval of Temporary Limited
Easement for Stream Channel Restoration, sloping, and grading purposes contingent on
City of Attorney approval. Motion carried 3-0.
6. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to recommend approval of Developers Agreement
for Cross Point Estates. Motion carried 3-0.
7. MOVED by Diaz, seconded by Touchett, to adjourn at 5:11pm. Motion carried 3-0.
