Discussion and Possible Action: Project 2023-112 Legion Street Reconstruction Design – AECOM Staff presented more information about the realignment of Rita Street and the cost of property. Discussion of public comments and concerns from project PIM. Design to continue. No action taken 6. Discussion and Possible Action: Comprehensive citywide sidewalk/multi-use path policy Alder Beth Tucker Long suggested edit to item E to “City Council and/or Public Works Committee” Moved by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Brandon Braithwaite to approve Comprehensive citywide sidewalk/multi-use path policy with edit.
