Call to Order Meeting called to order by B. Tucker Long at 5:33 pm. 2. Public Comment. None 4. Approval of the Minutes: December 9, 2024. Moved by Spencer Harrison and seconded by Brandon Braithwaite to approve the December 9, 2024 minutes. Motion Carried 3-0. 5. Discussion and Possible Action: 2025 Storm Water Service Agreement AECOM Staff explained the continuation of contracted services by AECOM to provide storm water services including Public Education and Outreach. Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination. Stormwater Management includes permits, inspections, mapping and reports. Moved by Brandon Braithwaite and seconded by Spencer Harrison to recommend approval of 2025 Stormwater Management Agreement with AECOM not exceed $96,050.00 Motion carried 3-0 6. Discussion and Possible Action: Project #2021-109 North Booster Station-Rohde Brothers pay request #4 Staff and contracted inspectors have verified the quantities and recommend approval of the included pay request. Motion by Spencer Harrison to move for approval and seconded by Beth Tucker Long of pay request #4 for Project #2022-109 in the amount of $3,325.00 Motion carried 3-0 7. Discussion and Possible Action: Project #2021-109 North Booster Station-Rohde Brothers pay request #5 Staff and contracted inspectors have verified the quantities and recommend approval of the included pay request. Motion by Brandon Braithwaite and seconded by Spencer Harrison to recommend approval of pay request #5 for Project #2022-109 in the amount of $20,079.11 Motion carried 3-0  8. Discussion and Possible Action: Project #2021-109 North Booster Station-Rohde Brothers pay request #6 Staff and contracted inspectors have verified the quantities and recommend approval of the included pay request. Motion by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Brandon Braithwaite to recommend approval of pay request #6 for Project #2022-109 in the amount of $147,318.40 Motion carried 3-0 9. Discussion and Possible Action: Acquisition of Property Interests related to Project ID: 2023-112- W. Verona Avenue & Legion Street, for the following three parcels: Parcel No. 1 (Dane County Housing Redevelopment, LLC), Parcel No. 2 (Betty M. Pechan Irrevocable Trust), Parcel No. 3 (Sugar River United Methodist Church). The Public Works Committee may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Public Works Committee may reconvene in open session and take action on the closed session item. Staff explained that this motion authorizes the Director of Public works to sign appraisal documents. Beth Steinhauser -MSA Real Estate Acquisition Professional introduced herself. Motion to go into closed session by Beth Tucker Long -Roll call vote Motion carried 3-0 Closed session. Moved by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Brandon Braithwaite to go into Open Session Seconded Motion carried 3-0 Motion by Beth Tucker Long to move to approve the offering price reports and approve the authorization of Director of Public Works to sign and send the appraisals to the individual property owners.
