Public Comment. None 4. Approval of the Minutes: February 10, 2025. Moved by Spencer Harrison and Brandon Braithwaite seconded by to approve the minutes Motion Carried 3-0. 5. Discussion and Possible Action: Project #2022-109 North Booster Station-Rohde Brothers change order request #1- Staff explained additional cost due to request from city to install a new flow meter and relocate an existing gas line. Moved by Brandon Braithwaite and seconded by Spencer Harrison to approve Change order #1 Project 2022-109 in the amount of $3503.00 6. Discussion and Possible Action: Project #2022-110 Well 6 WQ Study - Well #6 Reconstruction and Liner Installation - Water Well Solution -Staff explained that this is the next step in rehabbing the well and moving the project forward. Moved by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Spencer Harrison to recommend approval of the contract for Well #6 reconstruction and Liner Installation- Water Well Solutions in the amount not to exceed $378,500. 7.
