Call to Order Meeting called to order by B. Tucker Long at 5:32 pm. 2. Roll Call: Beth Tucker Long, Brandon Braithwaite, Spencer Harrison Also present: Carla Fisher (AECOM), Bryan Manning – Public Works Director, Michael Trotter - Assistant Public Works Director, Rick Eilertson (AECOM) 3. Public Comment. None 4. Approval of the Minutes: February 24, 2025. Moved by Spencer Harrison and seconded by Brandon Braithwaite to approve the minutes Motion Carried 3-0. 5. Item (5) Discussion and Possible Action: Recommend awarding Projects 2023-112 W Verona Ave and Legion St Reconstruction and 2024-108 Westlawn Ave. RRFB Brandon Braithwaite moved to recommend the contract be awarded to Parisi Construction LLC in the amount of $639,795.45 for the 2023-112 W Verona Avenue and Legion Street Reconstruction and 2024-108 Westlawn Avenue RRFB project. Seconded by Spencer Harrison. Motion carried 3-0 6. Item (6) Discussion and Possible Action: Recommend awarding Design Services Agreement for the 2025-101 Edwards St resurfacing and sidewalk project. Moved by Beth Tucker Long to recommend an award Design Services Agreement for the 2025-101 Edwards St resurfacing and sidewalk project to JT Engineering in the amount of $35,000.00 contingent on final approval by Public Works Director and City Attorney. Seconded by Spencer Harison Motion Carried 3-0 7. Item (7) Presentation and Discussion: 2024 MS4 Annual Report Presentation Rick Eilertson (AECOM) 8. Item (8) Discussion and Possible Action : Range Trail and Hwy M Streetlight Installation County to provide RRFB for CTH M at Range Trail City to provide Street light at a cost of $3322.47 form Alliant Energy. Moved by Beth Tucker long to approve the streetlight installation at a cost not to exceed $3322.47 from Alliant Energy. Seconded by Spencer Harrison Motion carried 3-0 9. Item (9) Discussion and Possible Action: Project 2024-105 Mark Drive Reconstruction Design (AECOM) Staff explained that a PIM meeting is scheduled, and plans are at 90% No Action Taken  10.
