Pay request #3 Moved by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Melissa Kellor to approve Pay request #3 Project2023 Legion Street Project Parisi Construction Inc. for a sum not to exceed $118,816.85 Motion Passed 2-0 6. Discussion and Possible Action: Project 2024-105 Mark Drive Reconstruction Phase 1, James Peterson and Sons Inc. Pay request # 1 Moved by Melissa Kellor and Seconded by Beth Tucker Long to approve Pay request #1 Project 2024-105 Mark Drive Reconstruction Phase 1, James Peterson and Sons Inc. for the sum not to exceed $321,414.16 Motion Passed 2-0 7. Discussion and Possible Action: City of Verona Garage Facility Planning and Needs Study Update- Barrientos Design and Consulting. Moved by Beth Tucker Long and Seconded by Melissa Kellor to recommend approval of the City of Verona DPW Garage Facility Planning and Needs Study Update- Task 1 only, to Barrientos Design and Consulting for a lump sum fee not to exceed $16,105.00 Motion Passed 2-0 8.
