ID-15-1059 Retro Pay Adjustment - Police Department (1) On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Thompson, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve Retro Pay Adjustment for hours worked between August 10, 2015 - September 01, 2015, due to her not being paid the correct Crossing Guard hourly rate of pay. The Crossing Guard should have been paid $10.68 per hour, instead was paid $10.00 per hour. This action waws approved by the Board on August 10, 2015. An Action Form to correct the Crossing Guard's rate of pay will be presented to the Board for approval on September 10, 2015. Total regular hours worked, 30x.68=$20.40 and no overtime hours worked during this pay period. Total retro due = $20.40 in the Police Department.
