Ms. Annette Kirklin, of the Vicksburg Convention Center, came before the Board

for the month of November 2016 and invited the public to attend.
The Mayor and Aldermen thanked Ms. Kirklin for attending the meeting.

unanimously passed, The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Vicksburg approved
the purchase of a Sponsorship Package ad from jb Entertainment Group for
Alcorn State vs Jackson State Soul Bowl Game in the amount of $2,000.00. The
motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote:
