ID-16-1476 Southern Cultural Heritage Center Updates Ms. Stacey Massey, of the Southern Cultural Heritage Center, came before the Board to inform the public of the upcoming events at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center for the month of November 2016 and invited the public to attend.
