Open Meeting On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Aldeman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to open the meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Discussion: A. ID-17-1195 Discussion Kings Community One (1) Million Dollar Capital Improvement Attachments: Kings Community Improvements Kings Empowerment Willie Patrick Taylor, Chairman of the Kings Community Transformation Committee, came before the Mayor and Aldermen and made a presentation on behalf of the residents of the Kings, Ford, Waltersville and Chickasaw Communities regarding the One (1) Million Dollar Capital Improvement Project Adjournment There being no further business appearing, on motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, and unanimously passed.
