Mayfield, Sr. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor George Flaggs, Jr. 2. Roll Call Present: 3- Mayor George Flaggs Jr. Alderman Michael A. Mayfield Sr. Alderman Alex J. Monsour Jr. 3. Board Comments: 4. Adopt Agenda Mayor Flaggs called the meeting to order. On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to open the meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: A. ID-17-1574 Authorize City Clerk to advertise Request for Proposals for Leasing and Development Services in connection with the Vicksburg, Mississippi Sports Complex On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the City Clerk to advertise Request for Proposals for Leasing and Development Services in connection with the Vicksburg, Mississippi. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-17-1577 Adopt Revised Police Officer Base Pay, Incentive Pay for Education, and Experience Pay On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to adopt Revised Police Officer Base Pay, Incentive Pay for Education, and Experience Pay. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. C. ID-17-1578 Authorize Submittal of Notice of Intent to apply for Certified Local Government Grant Funds from MS Department of Archives & History On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Submittal of Notice of Intent to apply for Certified Local Government Grant Funds from MS Department of Archives & History. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. D. ID-17-1573 Adopt Final Order (Resolution) for Eaton Electric Holdings, LLC Attachments: Resolution - Ad Valorem - Eaton On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to adopt Final Order (Resolution) for Eaton Electric Holdings, LLC.
