Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance and Call to Order Invocation was given by Mayor George Flaggs, Jr. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Alderman Michael Mayfield, Sr. 2. Roll Call Also Present: Walter W. Osborne, Jr., City Clerk Present: 3 - Mayor George Flaggs Jr. Alderman Michael A. Mayfield Sr. Alderman Alex J. Monsour Jr. 3. Board Comments: 4. Adopt Agenda Mayor Flaggs called the meeting to order. On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to open the meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. Routine Agenda: Contracts: A. ID-19-0785 Authorize Mayor to execute Agreement for Additional Litter Removal/Mowing Cycles to Rights-of-Way of I-20 within the Corporate Limits of the City of Vicksburg with the Mississippi Transportation Commission On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize Mayor to execute Agreement for Additional Litter Removal/Mowing Cycles to Rights-of-Way of I-20 within the Corporate Limits of the City of Vicksburg with the Mississippi Transportation Commission. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-19-0786 Authorize Mayor to execute Contract for Grass Cutting with Smith Lawn Care, Inc. On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Contract for Grass Cutting with Smith Lawn Care, Inc. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: C. ID-19-0787 Authorize Mayor to execute Contract for Services at the Jesse Brent Lower Mississippi River Museum with the following: 1. ID-19-0788 Authorize Mayor to execute Application for Federal Assistance for Apron Expansion and Perimeter Fencing (AIP Project No. 3-28-0073-011-019) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Application for Federal Assistance for Apron Expansion and Perimeter Fencing (AIP Project No. 3-28-0073-011-019). The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Adjournment There being no further business appearing, on motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., and unanimously passed.
