Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance and Call to Order Invocation was given by Mayor George Flaggs, Jr. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Walter W. Osborne, Jr. 2. Roll Call Also Present: Nancy Thomas, City Attorney Walter W. Osborne, Jr., City Clerk Deborah A. Nickson, Deputy City Clerk Present: 3 - Mayor George Flaggs Jr. Alderman Michael A. Mayfield Sr. Alderman Alex J. Monsour Jr. Routine Agenda: Mayor Flaggs called the meeting to order. On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to open the meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. A. ID-20-0290 Approve Recommendation of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the City of Vicksburg's Coronavirus (COVID-19) 7-day Civil Emergency Plan On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Recommendation of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the City of Vicksburg's Coronavirus (COVID-19) 7-day Civil Emergency Plan. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-20-0288 Accept Recommendation of Ted Davis & Associates to award bids to Dixon Interior Finishing, Inc. in the amount of $60,340.00 for rehabilitation of 1703 Grove Street owned by James Judge, and in the amount of $84,923.00 for rehabilitation of 2601 Drummond Street owned by Gerald Davis, contingent upon approval and a Notice to Proceed from Mississippi Home Corp. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. D. ID-20-0289 Authorize Mayor to execute Contract with Suncoast Infrastructure, Inc. for Continuing Sewer Assessment Program - Year Three Repair and Issue Notice to Proceed On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Contract with Suncoast Infrastructure, Inc. for Continuing Sewer Assessment Program - Year Three Repair and Issue Notice to Proceed. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. Adjournment There being no further business appearing, on motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., and unanimously passed.
