Routine Agenda: A. ID-20-0858 Authorize City Clerk to advertise RFQ for Engineering Services for a Levy Project at Haining Boulevard On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the City Clerk to advertise RFQ for Engineering Services for a Levee Project at Haining Boulevard. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-20-0859 Authorize Mayor to execute Sales Agreement with Vicksburg Daily News for fireman application ad pursuant to Section 17-3-1 and Section 17-3-3 of the Mississippi Code On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Sales Agreement with Vicksburg Daily News for fireman application ad pursuant to Section 17-3-1 and Section 17-3-3 of the Mississippi Code. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. C. ID-20-0861 Adopt Resolution to Provide Matching Funds to Rainbow Farms, MS, Therapeutic Riding Center for the Handicapped ($800.00) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to adopt the Resolution to Provide Matching Funds to Rainbow Farms, MS, Therapeutic Riding Center for the Handicapped ($800.00). The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. D. ID-20-0860 Authorize Mayor to execute Amendment to NRCS Grant Agreement for Additional Funds for Hennessey Bayou Project On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment to NRCS Grant Agreement for Additional Funds for Hennessey Bayou Project.
