Employee has completed the Master Municipal Clerk certification which entitles her to a previously approved education incentive of an additional .25 cents added to her base pay. Employee is suspended pending termination due to violation of the City of Vicksburg Policies and Procedures, specifically 4.1(f),(h),(i) and (r). ID-21-0074 Termination - Community Development Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Suspension/Termination of a Permit Technician Community Development Department, effective January 19, 2021. Employee is currently suspended pending termination and is in violation of the City of Vicksburg Policies and Procedures, specifically 4.1(f),(h),(i) and (r). The recommendation is to allow the employee to return to work subject to conditions.
