ID-21-0213 Authorize Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 with Mitchell Contracting, Inc. for 60 calendar day time extension due to weather and COVID delays on the delivery of the boiler unit for Anaerobic Sludge Digester Improvements at the Waste Water Treatment Plant Attachments: CO#1 Anaerobic Digester On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 with Mitchell Contracting, Inc. for 60 calendar day time extension due to weather and COVID delays on the delivery of the boiler unit for Anaerobic Sludge Digester Improvements at the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
