The Mayor and Aldermen thanked Ms. Mahoney for attending the meeting. B. The Mayor and Aldermen announced they would go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for: Longevity Pay in the Building Maintenance Department (1), Transfer/Pay Adjustment in the Community Development Department (1). The Mayor and Aldermen are now in executive session. Those present at the executive session were Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, Alderman Monsour, Jr., Nancy Thomas - City Attorney, Walter W. ID-21-0350 Longevity Pay - Building Maintenance (1) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .08 cent Longevity Pay of a Custodian from $9.84 ($9.75 + .09) per hour to $9.92 ($9.75 + .09 + .08) per hour, effective April 18, 2021 in the Building Maintenance Department. Employee is entitled to a .08 cent increase for ten (10) years of service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Monsour Jr., Alderman Mayfield, and Mayor Flaggs B. ID-21-0351 Transfer/Pay Adjustment - Community Development (1) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Transfer/Pay Adjustment of a Housing Coordinator from $14.26 ($14.00 + .06) per hour to Senior Center Supervisor at $21.17 ($20.91 + .26) per hour, effective May 3, 2021. Employee will be transferring from Community Development back to the Senior Center. The Senior Center is scheduled to reopen on May 3, 2021. Status change from hourly to salary.
