Employee is entitled to an additional increase of .08 cent for ten (10) years of service. ID-21-0412 Pay Adjustments - Fire Department (2) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Pay Adjustments of: a Firefighter/Ambulance IV at $11.95 ($11.89 + .06) per hour to a Firefighter IV at $11.09 ($11.03 + .06) per hour, effective April 21, 2021. Employee is no longer assigned to an ambulance (includes 5 years longevity pay of .06); a Firefighter/Ambulance III from $11.48 ($11.42 + .06) per hour to Firefighter III to $10.64 ($10.58 + .06) per hour, effective April 21, 2021 in the Fire Department. Employee is no longer assigned to an ambulance and includes .06 longevity pay of five (5) years. ID-21-0413 Pay Adjustment - Ambulance Department (1) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Pay Adjustment of a Firefighter I from $9.53 per hour to Firefighter/Ambulance III at $11.42 per hour, effective April 21, 2021 in the Ambulance Department. Employee has met all requirements of probation and is now assigned to an ambulance. ID-21-0414 Suspension - Gas Department (1) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Suspension of a Laborer in the Gas Department. Employee violated the City of Vicksburg's Arrest Policy. On Saturday, April 17, 2021, employee was arrested for discharging a firearm within the City limits. ID-21-0407 Discuss Litigation Matter On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Litigation Matter. ID-21-0460 Come Out of Executive Session and Approve All Items Taken Up in Executive Session On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Come Out of Executive Session and Approve All Items Taken Up in Executive Session.
