ID-21-0483 Authorize City Clerk to Advertise Request for Proposals (RFP) for Storm Debris Clean-up On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize City Clerk to Advertise Request for Proposals (RFP) for Storm Debris Clean-up. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Flaggs Jr., Mayfield Sr., and Monsour Jr. B. ID-21-0484 Approve Claims Docket On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Claims Docket numbering 169830 - 169833.
