Adopt Agenda On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to adopt the Agenda as printed. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. Routine Agenda: A. ID-21-0910 Adopt Resolution to Establish Downtown Taxing District and Set Downtown Tax Rate Attachments: Resolution Downtown Taxing District On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to adopt the Resolution to Establish Downtown Taxing District and Set Downtown Tax Rate. ID-21-0911 Adopt Tax Levy Order Attachments: Tax Levy 2022 On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to adopt the Tax Levy Order. ID-21-0912 Adopt Budget and Pay Raises On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Alderman voted to adopt the Adopt Budget and Pay Raises for: Resolution to Approve FY 2021-2022 Budget and Pay Raises effective October 6, 2021; Ordinance 2021-12 to Provide an increase in the Salaries of Mayor and Board of Aldermen; Budget of Estimated Revenue and Expenditures of FY 2021-2022; Vicksburg-Tallulah Regional Airport Proposed 2022 Budget.
