ID-22-0830 Pay Adjustment - Ambulance Department (2) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Pay Adjustment of a Captain Paramedic I from $17.48 ($17.36+.12) per hour to Captain Paramedic V at $18.82($18.70+ .12) per hour, effective July 13, 2022. Employee has met requirements for increase in Tier Pay System (includes longevity of ten years @.12); a Lieutenant Paramedic I from $15.77($15.71+.06) per hour to a Lieutenant Paramedic II at $16.09 ($16.03+.06) per hour, effective July 13, 2022. Employee has met requirements for increase in Tier Pay System (includes five years of longevity pay of .06 cents) in the Ambulance Department. ID-22-0831 Pay Adjustment - Traffic Department (1) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Pay Adjustment of an Assistant Traffic City of Vicksburg Page 7 Printed on 8/10/2022 Board of Mayor and Aldermen Minutes - Final-revised July 25, 2022 Supervisor from $19.00 per hour to $20.00 ($19.00+ $1.00) per hour, effective July 19, 2022. Employee will step in as the Traffic Supervisor while Mr. Sanders is out in the Traffic Department. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. C. ID-22-0832 Pay Adjustment - Police Department (4) On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Pay Adjustment of a Patrol Officer from $21.96 per hour to Acting E-Watch Commander at $22.71($21.96+.75) per hour, effective July 25, 2022. Officer will be serving as Acting Watch Commander on E-Watch while a Lieutenant is out on military leave. Officer is entitled to an additional .75 cents while serving in this capacity; a Patrol Officer from $18.69 per hour to $18.89($18.69+.20) per hour, effective August 11, 2022.
