ID-22-0850 Authorize Mayor to execute Promotional Agreement between the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi and Mississippi River Monsters, LLC Attachments: BDO-PROMOTIONAL AGREEMENT-MRM-Vicksburg On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Promotional Agreement between the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi and Mississippi River Monsters, LLC. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. C. ID-22-0876 Authorize Mayor to execute Contract with American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) Funding Recipient Fuzzy Johnson Baseball League in the amount of $100.00 On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to authorize the Mayor to execute Contract with American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) Funding Recipient Fuzzy Johnson Baseball League in the amount of $100.00. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. D. ID-22-0877 Approve Claims Docket On motion of Alderman Mayfield, Sr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Claims Docket numbering 311420-311421 for approval.
