The equal pay adjustments and equity will start October 1, 2022. The motion was seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr. Upon vote being taken, the following voted aye: Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, Alderman Monsour, Jr. The motion was adopted unanimously. ID-22-0940 Longevity Pay - Community Service (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .09 cents Longevity Pay of a Community Service Director from $25.48 per hour to $25.57 ($25.48 + .09) per hour, effective August 16, 2022. Employee is entitled to an increase of .09 cents per hour for five (5) years of service in Community Service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-22-0941 Longevity Pay - Sewer Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .09 cents Longevity Pay of and Equipment Operator from $18.45 ($18.19 + .26) per hour to $18.54 ($18.19 + .26 + .09) per hour, effective August 19, 2022. Employee is entitled to an additional .09 cents per hour for twenty (20) years of service in the Sewer Department. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. C.
