Mayfield, Sr. 2. Roll Call Also Present: Kim Nailor, City Attorney Walter W. Osborne, Jr., City Clerk Deborah A. Nickson, Deputy City Clerk Present: 3 - Mayor George Flaggs Jr. Alderman Michael A. Mayfield Sr. Alderman Alex J. Monsour Jr. A. ID-22-1023 Authorize Mayor to Execute Amendment to Event Sponsorship Agreement between Mississippi River Monsters, LLC and the City of Vicksburg Attachments: Amendment Mississippi River Monsters LLC On motion of Alderman Monsour, Jr. seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr. the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Authorize the Mayor to Execute Amendment to Event Sponsorship Agreement between Mississippi River Monsters, LLC and the City of Vicksburg. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-22-1022 Adopt Resolution Authorizing Preparation and Submittal of an Application to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality for the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure Grant Program Attachments: Resolution MS Dept of Envir Quality On motion of Alderman Mayfield, Sr. seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr. the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Adopt the Resolution Authorizing Preparation and Submittal of an Application to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality for the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure Grant Program. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. C. ID-22-1021 Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Purchasing Director to provide Ten (10) Pallets of Water on August 31, 2022, and provide Five (5) Pallets of Water of Water During the Week of Monday, September 5, 2022 through Friday, September 9, 2022 to Support the City of Jackson Pursuant to Section 17-3-1 and Section 17-3-3 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended Attachments: Resolution COJ water pallets On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr. seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr. the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Adopt the Resolution Authorizing the City Purchasing Director to provide Ten (10) Pallets of Water on August 31, 2022, and provide Five (5) Pallets of Water During the Week of Monday, September 5, 2022 through Friday, September 9, 2022 to Support the City of Jackson Pursuant to Section 17-3-1 and Section 17-3-3 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
