The motion was seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr. Voting aye, Mayor Flaggs, Jr., Alderman Mayfield, Sr., Alderman Monsour, Jr. None voting nay, the motion was unanimously adopted. The Mayor and Aldermen discussed whether they should go into executive session. Mayor Flaggs, Jr. moved to go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for: Status Change in the Ambulance Department (1); Longevity Pay in the Sewer Department (1); Pay Correction in the Ambulance Department (1); Pay Correction in the Fire Department (1). The motion was seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr. Upon vote being taken, the following voted aye: Mayor Flaggs, Jr., Alderman Mayfield, Sr., Alderman Monsour, Jr. The motion was adopted unanimously. The Mayor and Aldermen announced they would go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for: Status Change in the Ambulance Department (1); Longevity Pay in the Sewer Department (1); Pay Correction in the Ambulance Department (1); Pay Correction in the Fire Department (1). The Mayor and Aldermen are now in executive session. ID-22-1423 Status Change - Ambulance Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Status Change of a Part-Time EMT from $15.00 per hour to an EMT 1 at $10.92 per hour, effective November 30, 2022. Employee wants to continue working for the Vicksburg Fire Department as a full-time EMT. Ambulance Department (1). ID-22-1424 Longevity Pay - Sewer Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .20 cents Longevity Pay of a Equipment Operator from $15.85 per hour to $16.05 per hour, effective November 21, 2022. Employee is entitled to a .20 cents pay increase for four (4) years of service in the Sewer Department. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Mayfield Sr., Alderman Monsour Jr., and Mayor Flaggs Jr. C. ID-22-1425 Pay Correction - Ambulance Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Pay Correction of a Firefighter Paramedic II from $14.62 ($14.50+.12) per hour to a Lieutenant Paramedic I at $15.83 ($15.71+.12) per hour, effective November 2, 2022. Employee was promoted and increase includes ten (10) years longevity pay of .12 cents in the Ambulance Department. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Mayfield Sr., Alderman Monsour Jr., and Mayor Flaggs Jr. D. ID-22-1426 Pay Correction - Fire Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Pay Correction of a Lieutenant V from $14.40 ($14.28 + .12) per hour to a Captain I at $14.90 ($14.78 + .12) per hour, effective November 2, 2022. Employee was promoted and increase included ten (10) years longevity pay of .12 cents in the Fire Department. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Mayfield Sr., Alderman Monsour Jr., and Mayor Flaggs Jr. E.
