ID-22-1436 Discretionary Leave - Fire Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Discretionary Leave of a Firefighter an additional thirty (30) days of Family Medical Leave of Absence (FMLA) in the Fire Department. ID-22-1438 Longevity Pay - Fire Department (3) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .10 cents Longevity Pay of a Firefighter from $10.92 per hour to $11.02 per hour, effective December 1, 2022. Employee is entitled to an additional .10 cents increase for one (1) year of service; a Firefighter from $11.11 per hour to $11.21 per hour, effective December 2, 2022. Employee is entitled to an additional .10 cents increase for two (2) years of service; a Firefighter from $11.11 per hour to $11.21 per hour, effective December 4, 2022. Employee is entitled to an additional .10 cents increase for three (3) years of service in the Fire Department. Employee is entitled to an additional .20 cents increase for one (1) year of service in the Inspection Department. ID-22-1440 Longevity Pay - Ambulance Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .10 cents Longevity Pay of a Firefighter from $11.99 per hour to $12.09 per hour, effective December 4, 2022. Employee is entitled to an additional .10 cents increase for three (3) years of service in the Ambulance Department.
