Employee is entitled to a $1.00 increase per hour for twenty (20) years of service in the Gas Department. Employee has demonstrated skills and knowledge by training and learning the duties and responsibilities of Head Cashier fro the past six (6) months. Her successful transition into this position and work performance warrants such a promotion in the Water & Gas Administration. Employee violated Vicksburg Fire Department's Standard Operating Guideline 12.1.75 Attendance Policy for 24-Hour Shift Employees, 7 occurrences (March 1, 2023) in the Ambulance Department.
