The retro payment is to pay a Captain for hours worked during the past 4 pay periods from July 16th, 2025, until September 2, 2025. The employee worked a total of regular hours of 290.38, a total of personal ($ 1,541.92)-vacation hours of 14.73 ($78.22), a total of holiday hours of 8.0 ($42.48) giving the employee total hours of 313.12 at $35.00 an hour. It should have been $40.31 per hour in which employee was short $5.31 an hour. The employee is due a retro pay amount of $ 1662.61.
