The Mayor and Aldermen discussed whether they should go into executive session. ID-25-1342 Department Transfer - Traffic (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve a Department Transfer for a Recreation Maintenance Supervisor at a rate of $25.38 to a Traffic Technician at a rate of $25.38/hour, effective November 26, 2025. This adjustment reflects that the employee is being transferred to the Traffic Department. ID-25-1343 Title Change/ Pay Adjustment - Ambulance (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Title Change/Pay Adjustment for Firefighter I at $13.24/hour to an Emergency Medical Technician at $12.02/hour, effective November 26, 2025. This change reflects the employee continuing to work as a Full-Time Emergency Medical Technician. ID-25-1344 Title Change/ Pay Adjustment - Recreation (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Title Change/Pay Adjustment for Lifeguard at $10.25/hour to a Head Lifeguard/Water Safety Certified at $10.50/hour, effective November 26, 2025. This change reflects the employee being promoted to Head Lifeguard. ID-25-1345 Pay Adjustment - Police (2) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Pay Adjustment for a Officer with a current rate of $25.00/Hour to an Officer-Investigations with a new rate of $27.2019 /hour, effective November 12, 2025. This adjustment reflects the officer's rate of pay to the heretofore approved rate. Employee will receive an additional $1.00 due to being in a specialized division; Pay Adjustment for an Officer with a current rate of $21.53/Hour to a new rate of $24.4394 /hour, effective November 12, 2025. This action Is to bring the officer's rate of pay to the heretofore approved rate. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Thompson, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderwoman Bailey E. ID-25-1346 Pay Adjustment - Ambulance (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Pay Adjustment for Firefighter I at $13.24/hour to a Firefighter/Ambulance II at $14.47/hour, effective November 26, 2025. Change/Remarks: Ambulance Assignment. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Thompson, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderwoman Bailey F. ID-25-1347 Longevity Pay - Sewer (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of an Equipment Operator by changing the hourly rate from $23.20 to 23.40 (23.00+.20+.20), effective November 29, 2025. The employee is entitled to an additional $.20 per hour increase for two (2) years of service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Thompson, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderwoman Bailey G. ID-25-1348 Longevity Pay - Ambulance (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of a Firefighter/Ambulance by changing the hourly rate from $12.12 to12.22 (12.02+.10+.10), effective November 29, 2025. The employee is entitled to an additional $.10 per hour increase for two (2) years of service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Thompson, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderwoman Bailey H. ID-25-1349 Longevity Pay - City Clerk (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of a Deputy Clerk by changing the hourly rate from $19.23 to19.43 (19.23+.20), effective November 29, 2025. The employee is entitled to an additional $.20 per hour increase for two (2) years of service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Thompson, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderwoman Bailey I. ID-25-1350 Longevity Pay - Gas (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of a Deputy Clerk by changing the hourly rate from $10.96 to 11.16(10.56+.20+.20+.20), effective November 30, 2025. The employee is entitled to an additional $.20 per hour increase for three (3) years of service.
