ID-25-1454 Approve Lodging request from Chief Larry Burns in the amount of $820.00 to attend mandatory New Police Chiefs Training in Ridgeland, MS, January 11-16, 2026. ID-25-1459 Authorize Mayor to execute Task Order #10 to General Services Agreement (GSA), dated November 7, 2023 with Neel-Schaffer for project management and advisory services related to an economic development project at the Vicksburg Municipal Airport for an Hourly, Not-To-Exceed fee of $50,000.00 Attachments: Airport Advisory Services Task Order #10 On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Authorize Mayor to execute Task Order #10 to General Services Agreement (GSA), dated November 7, 2023 with Neel-Schaffer for project management and advisory services related to an economic development project at the Vicksburg Municipal Airport for an Hourly, Not-To-Exceed fee of $50,000.00. The motion was seconded by Alderman Mayfield. Voting aye, Mayor Thompson, Alderman Mayfield, Alderwoman Bailey. None voting nay, the motion was unanimously adopted. The Mayor and Aldermen discussed whether they should go into executive session. Alderwoman Bailey moved to go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for: Suspension-Police Department (1); Suspension Pending Termination-Police Department (2) The motion was seconded by Alderman Mayfield. Upon vote being taken, the following voted aye: Mayor Thompson, Alderwoman Bailey, Alderman Mayfield. The motion was adopted unanimously. The Mayor and Aldermen announced they would go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for: Suspension-Police Department (1); Suspension Pending Termination-Police Department (2) The Mayor and Aldermen are now in executive session. ID-25-1463 Suspension - Police (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Suspension of a Sergeant, effective January 8, 2026.
