BAR Work Session 2. 245 Maple Ave W - Vienna Market - BAR Recommendation to Town Council The Board of Architectural Review met in a work session in the Vienna Town Hall, 127 Center Street, South Vienna, Virginia 8:00am Friday November 1, 2019. The following members were present: Chairman Paul Layer, Roy Baldwin, Michael Cheselka, and Patty Hanley. Andrea West Planner was present. Mr. Paul Layer reviewed with the Board and the Vienna Market applicants, NV Homes and Northfield Development, the reason for the meeting being the recommendation to the Town Council from the Board of Architectural Review. The Board was recommending the changes presented in the meeting to Town Council for approval. The changes proposed were: - inclusion of brick on the rear facades up to the sill between the second and first floor for the entirety of the row, using the same brick schemes used on the front of each individual townhome.
