Chairwoman Theresa Bachmann, Sharon Baum, Julie Kyllo, and Craig Burns were present. Also, in attendance and representing town staff were Zoning Administrator, Andrea West and Clerk to the Board, Jennifer Murphy. Discuss new single family dwelling design at 246 Lawyers Rd NW Jeremy Yurchisin, property owner, was present with representatives of Evergreene Companies, LLC, Greg Moore, Architect, and Petros Ninos, Civil Engineer. Revised elevations and found elements within the neighborhood were presented. Per discussion comments the applicant was encouraged to design a chimney having more stone and to save as many any onsite trees. The applicant will revise their application design and resubmit. Work Session Adjournment There being no further discussion the work session adjourned at 8:11 pm.
