Finance / Personnel Committee Meeting City Hall, Viroqua, Wisconsin Tuesday, April 14, 2026 6:15 P.M. The meeting of the Finance / Personnel Committee was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Mayor Justin Running for Todd Spaeth at City Hall and via Zoom. 1. Roll Call Committee members present were Todd Kirking, John Thompson, and Tanja Birke. Emma Hood and Todd Spaeth were excused. Also present were Justin Running, Nate Torres, Lori Polhamus, Sarah Grainger, Rick Niedfeldt, and Krista Browne 2. First period for public comment – None 3. Approval of committee minutes from 03/31/2026 – Motion by Todd Kirking/second by John Thompson to approve the committee minutes from 03/31/2026. Voice vote all in favor. Motion carried. 4. Payment of bills – Motion by Todd Kirking/second by Tanja Birke to recommend approval of bills in the amount of $107,307.10 and additional bills of $81,082.96. Roll call vote all in favor. Motion carried. 5. Second period for public comment – None 6. Adjournment – Motion by Todd Kirking/second by Tanja Birke to adjourn the meeting at 6:19 p.m. Voice vote all in favor. Motion carried.
