BOROUGH OF WALDWICK BOARD OF HEALTH Reorganization Meeting Minutes Thursday, January 16, 2025 The Reorganization Meeting, held at NorthWest Bergen Regional Health Commission, was called to order at 7:30pm by C. Woodward. The Opening Statement was read according to the Sunshine Law and was followed by Roll Call: PRESENT: M. Giordano A. Larro D. Guy G. Hazley J. Martinello R. Rose D. Palladino K. Tone ABSENT: K. Hillringhouse N. Reddy PROFESSIONALS: C. Woodward, Administrative Assistant MOTION TO ELECT OFFICERS: C. Woodward requested a motion to elect officers for 2025. R. Rose made a motion to keep the slate from 2024 if all still willing. M. Giordano seconded the motion. K. Hillringhouse agreed to remain president for 2025 via email in her absence and D.
