Second by Ewert. All aye. Motion carried. 13 14 New Business: 15 1. Draft Budget: 210 Operations, 211 Library Donations, 212 Library Impact Fees, 213 Library Capital, 16 Library Wages, 205 Special Funds, Special Funds Detail, 301 Lease Revenue, 402 TID2, 403 TID 3, 17 405 TID 4 18 19 Motion by Ewert to recommend approval to the Village Board for the discussed sections of the 2023 20 Budget as part of the 2023 Budget Adoption Process.
