Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
October 17th, 2022
Village Hall, 123 N River St.
Chair Jaskie called the meeting to order at 5:28 pm.
Present: Troy McReynolds, Adam Jaskie, Don Houston
Excused: Brian Lauer, Andrew Ewert
Also present: Michelle Vandehey, Danielle Brown, Zeke Jackson, Asst. Fire Chief Eric Rozina,
Fire Chief Kevin Hafemann
Minutes: Houston motioned to approve the 10.10.2022 minutes. Second by McReynolds. All
aye. Motion carried.
New Business:
1. Draft Budget: 100 Fire Operations, 276 Fire Impact Fees, 215 Fire 2% Dues, 221 Fire
Donations, 214 EMS, 220 Rescue 102 Grant, 216 Interfacility, Fire wages, EMS Wages, 100
Court & Police, 100 General Government, 100 General Revenue, 2023 Budget Notice
Motion by Houston to recommend approval to the Village Board for the discussed sections of
the 2023 Budget as part of the 2023 Budget Adoption Process along with the additional
transfers of money to US Treasury Bonds. Second by McReynolds . All aye. Motion carried.
Motion by Jaskie to adjourn at 7:24 pm. Second by McReynolds . All aye. Motion carried.

no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this

other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings. Due to the difficulty in finding interpreters, requests should be made as far
