Village of Waterford Joint Finance Committee/Village Board Meeting Minutes February 13, 2023 Village Hall, 123 N River St. Chair Jaskie called the meeting to order at 5:01 pm. Finance Committee Present: Chair Adam Jaskie, Don Houston, Andy Ewert Village Board Present: Tami Pollnow, Bob Nash, Troy McReynolds Excused: Brian Lauer Also present: Danielle Brown, Michelle Vandehey, Zeke Jackson, Todd Terry, Kevin Hafemann, Jim Carroll Minutes: Ewert motioned to approve the 10.17.22 and 1.9.23 minutes. Second by Houston. All aye. Motion carried. Closed Session: Motion by Ewert to go into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved at 5:03pm. Second by Pollnow. Roll call vote: Nash – aye, Pollnow - aye, Houston – aye, Jaskie – aye, Ewert - aye. Motion carried. Motion by Houston to reconvene into open session at 5:56 pm. Second by Pollnow. All aye. Motion carried. No motion is needed for closed session discussions. Motion by Ewert to adjourn at 5:57 pm, second by Nash. All aye. Motion carried.
