Village of Waterford Finance Committee Meeting Minutes May 8th, 2023 Village Hall, 123 N. River St. Chair Jaskie called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Present: Chair Adam Jaskie, Don Houston, Troy McReynolds, Andy Ewert, Brian Lauer Also present: Danielle Brown, Zeke Jackson, Kevin Mullen, Jordan Throw (JT), Rick Huening, Chief Kevin Hafemann, Michelle Vandehey Minutes: Houston motioned to approve the 1/9/23 FC Minutes and 2/13/23 Joint VB and Finance. Second by McReynolds. All aye. Motion carried. New Business: 1. Presentation from Kevin Mullen; discussion on TID 3 and 4 plan of finance; motion by Ewert to draft a parameters resolution for recommendation from the Village Board in June. Second by McReynolds. All aye. Motion carried. 2. Review of 2022 Budget Amendments; Motion by Lauer to recommend onto the Village Board review of the 2022 Budget Amendments. Second by Ewert. All aye. Motion carried. 3. Review of Village Financials; Motion by McReynolds to bring back Village Fire Financials and report updated information in June 2023. Second by Lauer. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Ewert to adjourn at 6:01pm, second by Houston. All aye. Motion carried.
